Executive Chef Danny K Le will present a six-course seasonal tasting menu, carefully crafted to showcase the peak ingredients of the moment featuring what’s freshest and most flavorful from local farms and waters. Each course is paired with expressive, small-lot wines from Thacher Winery, known for their Rhône-style blends and hands-on craftsmanship rooted in the unique Paso Robles terroir.
